What is the BIG-T Skillset?

It's an evolution of the T-Shaped Strategist.

T-Shaped have a broad understanding of strategy and are a specialist in one area e.g comms planning.

However T-Shaped does not ensure a leadership role. There's three extra skills needed for strategy leaders.

Diplomacy, Management and Selling Strategy.

About Julian Cole

Julian Cole is a strategy consultant to global brands including Apple, Facebook, Disney and Uber. Previously I've held the role of Head of Comms Planning at BBDO and BBH and helped create award winning work for PlayStation, Bacardi, Pepsi, Google and Coca-Cola. The 12 modules and over 80 lessons are included in the Academy. Access includes the video lessons and google slides. 

Additional the strategy templates that I create will also be available to do you.

How do I convince my boss that this is worth purchasing?
